Grappa of Malvasia Lipari Punta Aria

The Grappa of Lipari Malvasia Punta Aria is made from grape marc of vineyard located on Vulcano Island, on place Gelso, with south- east exposure, the land is volcanical and it’s situate between 20 and 150 mt above sea level. Distillation is carried out with the traditional system with discontinuous still in small copper steam boilers.

Description:

Color: transparent and clear

Perfume: very intense rose notes, conferred by the vine, light spicy notes conferred by fading.

Taste: very soft, full and sweet as grappa characteristics.

Kind of grape marc: 95% of Malvasia delle Lipari- 5% of Corinto nero wine left to dry.
